About the App

Nöbetçi Eczane helps you find on-duty (night) pharmacies in Türkiye. To show you the nearest pharmacies, the app can use your device location. The app does not require you to create an account or sign in.

Information Collection and Use

The app stores certain information — such as the cached pharmacy lists, your selected language, and your theme preference — locally on your device. This information is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

Location Information

With your permission, the app accesses your device's precise location to find and sort the on-duty pharmacies nearest to you. Your location is used only while you are using the app. To calculate distances to pharmacies, your coordinates are sent to the Google Maps Platform (Distance Matrix API). Your location is not stored on any server operated by me. You can grant or revoke location access at any time in your device settings; without it, you can still browse pharmacies by selecting a city or district manually.

Pharmacy Data

The pharmacy lists are delivered through Google Firebase (Realtime Database). The app only reads this data to keep the pharmacy list up to date; I do not store your personal data there. As with any internet service, Firebase and Google may process technical connection data (such as your IP address) in order to deliver the content.

Analytics

The app uses Mixpanel to understand how the app is used — for example, which screens are viewed and which features are used (such as searching for a pharmacy) — so that I can improve the Service. This usage and diagnostic data is processed by Mixpanel; you can review their privacy policy below.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, data and information (through third-party products) may be collected on your phone. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies and Identifiers

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries (such as the analytics SDK) that use device or installation identifiers to collect information and improve their services.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
